I'm following the round by round coverage by an Italian fella, Cristiano Spagnoli who works freelance for the FPI, the Italian Boxing Federation.
This guy is usually hopelessy biased so if he says Vidoz is losing and being outjabbed by Skelton, I believe him.

Whats happening with the fight? I am Skelton fan, always liked the guy, rough fellow, always gives a good effort though, gave Chagaev a very tough fight.

 

It looks like Skelton is faster (would you believe it??) and he's landing cleaner, it sounds as if the British is ahead so far (as to the 6th round)

I thank you but, once again, I gotta tell you, this guy is usually shamefully biased and if the fight goes the distance and he posts something like "Vidoz won a close SD in a close fight" you can be sure Skelton got robbed.
So be careful.

Unbelievable....Vidoz has quit....WTF??? I've never seen Vidoz losing his heart in a ring and I've been following him since the early '90s....I'm shocked....

Translation:

Vidoz has quit at the end of a very strange round during which he didn't throw a punch and Skelton himslef had no clue as to what was happening. Vidoz's corner urges him to come out for another round and fight but he obviously hadn't anymore.

It sounds absurd to me.....

 

People in attendance phoned me and told me Vidoz couldn't breath and didn't have it anymore. He wasn't hurt at all but he just couldn't stand up.....
That's what they told me.
