your absolutely right. before pac-dlh, hatton said he'd rather fight pac. and pac agreed that he'd fight hatton in england. if manny had lost to oscar like expected team hatton would have been in a much better position to try and push for wembley.
The fight should be in either England or the Philippines. The truth is Americans dont support boxing as much as well as Europeans which is evident by the low gate numbers (only 20000) where we can easily fill a stadium of 60000 which means 3 x money.
Wow the USA has a much bigger population than the UK and still sold less PPV. Is this indication of how less interested people are in boxing in the USA or attributed to the fact Mayweather has no fans?

Mayweather has always done decent PPV numbers.... this was just an average showing. Hatton's popularity in the mainstream (not so much hardcore boxing fans) is extraordinary..... doubt any fighter, anywhere can top that.
