Prime Holyfield, Lewis, and Tyson would beat Vitali. Bowe vs Vitali is 50/50 imo. Vitali beats all the rest.

I disagree...i believe a prime Lennox would beat Vitali for sure..I mean I dont wanna take nothing away from the best and greatest hw fighter today in Vitali but VITALI does have 1 of those L's from that fight and though the fight was competitive I really never seen Vitali in a competitive fight like that where he was actually not in COMPLETE CONTROL....I had it 3 rounds a piece btw!

PRIME TYSON WOULD GIVE HIM TROUBLE TOO!

I think he beats everyone on the list. His size advantage is just too much. Only Lewis can hang with him and if Lewis hadnt opened that cut he was on his way to getting ktfo. Its not like there are a ton of ATGs on this list. Tyson is way too small for Vitali btw.

Also, much love for Holyfield, but he couldnt beat Vitali either.

Vitali would knock them all out.

Angelo Dundee (2004): “He was on the way to becoming champion against Lennox Lewis, the fight shouldn’t have been stopped. But, you know, that’s boxing sometimes. The cut wasn’t in a dangerous place. It wasn’t bleeding into the eye. The younger brother, in my mind, is the better fighter. He’s got so many tools, he throws straight punches. Especially that left hand. He must be a converted southpaw.”

If you think clearly, you can see that the intimidated Golota is fading
instantly and everybody who intimidate Golota is getting him out in one round.
Form this point of view a 3 round TKO prediction is just very bad sign for Vitaly.

I think is big time underated on this thread. Face it he beat Holyfield 2 out of 3 and Holyfield is an atg HEAVYWEIGHT. Lewis beat an aging Holyfield and barely at that. The holyfield who won only 1 out 0f 3 against Bowe would have beat Lewis. Lewis atg resume came against greats that were passed their prime Holyfield,Tyson. Lets compare them in categories SIZE-equal JAB-Bowe not a pawing one like lewis who use his for range INSIDE GAME- Bowe by farDEFENSE - ok give that to lewis BOXING ABILITY- pretty close maybe Lewis POWER-pretty close imight say lewis right hand but evander said bowe hit him harder CHIN- big time advantage Bowe all in all they are pretty even i left some categories out but you get my point Bowe was at least Lewis equal in his prime maybe better. Lewis obviously has gone down as the greater fighter according to many but thats only cuz he stood around longer. Bowe lifestyle cost him but ability wise he was a tad better than lewis

Vitaly beats all except the last two. Tyson and Lennox fights could go either way.

I agree. Vitali has the skills of an "All Time Great", but lacks the opposition to prove it. So, his resume will lack bigger names. That he did lose the Lewis fight doesn't help, either.

The only ATG he could face 2010 would be Holyfield. That fight would hurt boxing in general, and I hope Holyfield realizes that he'd put his remaining brain cells in serious danger with such a fight.
