and another thing, anyone witha boxing brain would know that Haye has had to totally change his style since moving up (as he's no longer the taller, able to potshot from the outside puncher), he deserves respect.
Vitali still has the tools. He beat an awkward, unbeaten guy easily, winning every round. He has fought 4 times since his comeback, not every fight will be a spectacular KO. He's easily still the best HW. Haye has a chance but it will be very difficult for him as Vitali K will raise his game for a big fight like that.
You don't think he has changed his style at all? You think he fights the exact same way and will continue to fight the same way as he did against Mormoeck? Gurov? Honestly, do you not think that moving up from a weight where everyone is 6'1 to 6'4 and 14st to 6'6+ and 18st deserves some respect? Think about it, Khan is what, 5'10, a rangy LW, now a rangy LWW, possibly a rangy WW. 3 weights, can keep the same style. (in theory).
One more time.. What's his change in style..? Is he going to fight like, he did against "The Beast" vs everyone who is bigger than him..?
To play devils advocate... Would that not be a change of styles? Have you seen him fight like that against anyone else?
So he's gonna fight like a ***** against Everyone who is bigger than him..? He called all Heavyweight's boring, but David Haye if his last performance is his new style..? Is one of the most boring Heavyweights of the past 30 years.
I think we're both taing things to extremes, he'll not be abke to fight his "usual" pot shotting long range style against the Klits (at least not if he expects to win) to be effective he will need to move like he did against Valuev but get close on a regular basis. In close neither Klit is effective as they like long range straight shots. In my eyes the only thing Haye did wrong against Valuev was not throw as much as he should have. If he had doubled his out put it would have been a sensational win. Obviously his broken hand affected things.
Haven't seen the fight but I've thought for a while now that Haye would have a better chance against Vitali than Wlad, what signs were there that Vitali has declined? Too lazy to look through the entire thread. :good
lets put it this way,if that lumbering fat shite of a excuse of a 'cough cough' unbeaten heaveyweight prospectlast night can catch klit with a few shots, while not even trying,(jabs, hooks, the very occasional right)haye would catch klit no problem, hayes arsenal is much superior to 'that fellow with the jab of a old larry holmes':rofl oh,**** i can't stop laughing
I think the problem was that it was all single shots and he looked very slow. Also his shots were pushed out not snapped. Pains me to say it but he reminded me a little bit of Valuev.
err....what's your ****ing problem? That's just my opinion. Lets see how things play out. Your offensive reply paints you as an intolerant, thick and pathetic individual. so again, what's the problem with what I posted? (in my opinion Johnny Ruiz did better against Valuev than Haye did, but got robbed).
ach dont sweat it mr swollocks, our Icey told me to **** off the other day too, & not only that he called me Duncan into the bargain:scaredas: Its those army types, they can never settle back into civvy life, they are always on edge... flashbacks to 'nam & all that when they are posting...
