    :patsch This was before his professional boxing career even started, he was clean ever since he got busted for PED usage when he tried out for the Ukrainian Olympic boxing team. The doctor gave him the shot to heal an injury, that shot was steroids. He has never been busted in his professional career, but then again back in those days every boxer was on the juice anyways, testing methods were primitive in that time period, and boxing did not have such a formidable doping control system in place. If you say he was cheating during his pro career, even though he was never caught, then you should accept that other boxers were CHEATING as well but never caught.

    Vitali Klitschko beats the snot out of your ancient Murican heroes 9/10 times :hey

    :thumbsup

    He reitred intially because of a possible career ending injury.

    Rahman would been KO'ed worse than when he fought Wlad.

    He suffered a shoulder injury that if he continued could have ended his career. He won 8/9 rounds in that fight and was well on his way to winning easily against Byrd.

    As for that overrated bum in Stiverne, it would've been just another easy fight for Vitali. I mean his brother had the other belts, he wasn't gonna fight him. So what was left for him to do at the age of 42 no less, an age where most fighters have already retired or are washed up.

    Burden of proof is on you though, to prove that other boxers were not roiding. If you think Vitali was roiding but avoided being caught doing so during his professional career, what is stopping other boxers from evading capture as well? This was steroids administered by the doctor to HEAL an injury, BEFORE his professional career began. There are so many boxers who are well known to have roided during their professional careers, yet you focus on Vitali. :nut

    Vitali said he made a mistake by going to a regular MD instead of a sports med. specialist.....................he had an injury from kickboxing to his foot, the doctor gave him a shot to heal it, it was not a PED..............Vitali has over 2.5 hours of surgery after the Byrd fight, Byrd was losing to a one armed man, but Vitali decided to quit, get the surgery so he could continue his career, and what a career it was!!!!!!! Vitali would have knocked Rahman out easily and Sitverne was not in his class. Wilder would have been a very easy fight for Vitali, but Vitali decided to become the mayor of the 8th largest city in Europe, a very dangerous job.......................Rahman knocked Lewis out cold, a KO, not a TKO....................McCall TKO'd Lewis..........................

    This is odd all the posters who dislike GGG, Kovalev, Loma, Wlad, Lebedev, Provodnikov, Chudinov also seem to dislike Vitaly.

    Who would have predicted this strange coincidence? I bet they will all love Usyk when he gets more popular.

    {Wild sarcasm}

    Vitali would have knocked Rahman into the 4th row, and he would have beat Stiverne worse than he beat Briggs.

    Injuries happen.

    It's not as if Vitali refused to fight them then went on to fight someone else.

    You've gone full taard. :patsch:patsch

    It's astounding how Byrd gets next to no credit for the Vitali fight. He slipped 3/4 of his punches and countered him to death. Punch stats were 132-124 in favor of Vitali, there's no way that fight was anything but competitive. In the post-fight interview he even admitted that he thought he was losing, and whilst he was injured, he also said that it didn't affect the outcome of the fight.

    Hmmm, Stiverne for example had to wait almost 3 yrs to get his title shot. Because V. Klit held the title up. Which was not fair. Rahman, waited patiently as well. Byrd, was countering him and was making him miss all night. Like was said when V. klit felt uncomfortable he just quit or retired. All greats had to go through adversity. Much worse than V. Klit. Facts.
