Mythical matchups are ALWAYS ALWAYS full of ****. (Unless you're tallking me against Mike Tyson of course, I'd ****ing hammer him ) Personal opinions always come into it, no matter what anyone says. People always pick their favourites HIGH points, and match them against the guy they want to lose low points. That's why you could rate Mike Tyson or Lennox Lewis anywhere from about #1 to #15 on a mythical H2H ATG list, without any real arguments.

Drexl- the only reason I picked Sanders was the fact both fighters fought him around the same time, and Vitali was able to take Sanders best punches and Wladimir wasnt able to. I love fighters who can take punch and give one as well, Wlad cant take what he dishes out. Wlad now vs Vitali 04 I would side Vitali, he is the mentally tougher brother that is able to get in a war with a fighter and come out the winner. Wlad is just not good under pressure and Vitali would certainly put pressure on him.
Fair enough. I could be a wanker, and say that he left off fighting the Danny Williams of the world, but that would just be intentionally trying to be argumentative.... To be honest, I think Vitali had the chance to prove he was the best heavyweight out there - but for various reasons it never happened. I just think now it's too late.

Sanders fought Vitali over a year after he fought Wlad. A year of inactivity is a long time for a 38 year old. :roll: And I say again, you are talking about one-offs. Nate Tubbs KO'd Sanders quicker than Vitali did, but it's not significant because it was just a one-off.
