If the fight happens, and IF Vitali is even close to as good as he was than Vitali by TKO.

Peter by decision. Won't be surprised if Vitali pulls it out though.

If Vitali is only 50% he should knock Peter out.

Lamon Brewster quit on his stoole in the second fight with Wladimir. That was the "true" Wladimir Klitschko and look what he did with "Relentless" Lamon Brewster. Brewster quit. Wladimir never did this.

I'd take the 2004 version of Klitschko over Peter any day. But with a lay-off of nearly 4 years, at age 37 and lots of injuries I think Vitali is just too rusty now. Vitali still has his chin and toughness, so I'll think Peter wins by unanimous decision IF Klitschko even makes it to the ring.
However, if Klitschko can somehow pull this one out it will be something special and really upgrade his resume a lot.

I just don't think I can vote, way too many questions over Vitali for me.

A fully fit and healthy Vitali no longer exists. You just can't turn back the clock, erase ring rust or ever be quite 100% the same after major surgery. The question is how close is he to his previous form, and that I don't know about.
