Larry has some difficulty on his way to a lopsided decision win.

I'd go with Holmes here, no easy contest but his skills should prevail

Larry would have issues and it might even be close for a while, but in the end, Larry is as much a hard ass as Vit, so Vit wouldn't win just by will. Larry's pace and skill would edge a decision.

I don't know about lopsided but i can see Larry coming out with a hard fought win. This is a dangerous fight though.

A close fight in which I favor a prime Vitali (who had a lot more weight on his right hand then these days) I think the size and power of Vitali pose a problem for Holmes.

Holmes jab and thumb could be an issue and cause a cut but Vitali keeping the range should negate the effectiveness and speed of the left hand. I can see Vitali dropping that right hand and continue the long distance wear down Larry hurting him late for the late stop or 12 round UD.......

As far as VladI really like the right hand rocket of Vlad over Holmes but in the fight the issue of toughness comes to play, but I can see it ending with Larry down hard from the right hand rocket similar to the Tyson KO of Holmes only later and a bit less dramatic.
