Bowe's leaky defense made him vulnerable to the type of accumulated shots that Vitali dishes out, though. Either guy could stop the other with a long, sustained beating.

Vitali easily... Notorious quitter Golota gave Bowe all he could handle and was outjabbing Bowe easily. Vitali brutalizes Bowe and stops him within the distance.

bowe by tko/ko,lewis busted up vitali inside, and he is not in the same league as bowe when in comes to inside fighting.also bowe had a good chin,so if vitali who isn't a huge banger, hits him with some shots, bowe is gonna take it.bowe also had a good jab, maybe even a better one than vitali.

thing people forget is that Bowe was easy to hit and Vitali was an long range puncher and an accumulative banger and this fights right into Vitali,s plans....Vitali TKO 9

klitchko win, bowes best fights were against a much smaller guy in holyfield.
for me getting a win over bowe by holyfield gave him massive credibilty, yup even tho it was 2-1 overall.
theres nothing special about superheavy`s beating ex cruisers..

    Easy one.

    1) Vitali had the guts to fight LL, Bowe didn't.
    2) Bowe had terrible defense and Vitali is difficult to hit.
    3) Vitali is mentally strong while Bowe is far from it.

    Vitali TKO11

    WTF are you smoking? :rasta

    1) Vitali fought a Lewis who was one foot into retirement (and still lost)
    2) Bowe had a terrible defense, but Vitalis punch power is overated. He took 8 rounds to KO Danny Williams for christ sake.
    3) As far as i remember, Vitali quit against Byrd, he was also about to quit against Chisora too and him and his butt boys had the old 'injury' excuse ready in case he lost to Chisora.

Bowe took a beat from Golota and never quit. Vitali looks for the exit door as soon as things get tough.

Bowe beat the living **** out of a prime Holyfield, something Foreman, Lewis nor Tyson could do.

In fact an older Holyfield performed much better against a Prime Lewis, something Vitali couldnt match against an old Lewis.

    Oh the irony :patsch

As soon as Vitali fought a quality superheavyweight, he lost.

In a war, id pick Bowe over Vitali, any day and every day.

Hell the Golota who beat the **** out of Bowe had a good chance to beat Vitali

    1) Lewis was supposed to fight 4 more times according to interviews (This is documented). LL didn't have that many fights (44) so he didn't have too much damage.
    2) Are you really going to mention Vitali not KO'ing his opponents quickly enough? The guy, at one time, had the highest KO % in HW history. If you are going to criticize him, you would have to criticize every HW ever.
    3) Vitali lost twice due to legit injuries. He also had beat Chisora worse than any other fighter to that date and he was 40 years old!

Bowe with his defense (lack of) will be eating power punches all night from a 6'8 250 pound technically proficient Vitali. Bowe has never been under any type of duress Vitali would bring to him.

    Prime Riddick Bowe would win.
A lot of people here will disagree but I think there's not many HWs in history who'd beat Riddick Bowe at his absolute best.
