If he loses there is a rematch clause.

Adamek will be beaten senseless like a red-headed, jug-eared stepchild.

Which is exactly why I'm a fan of both Klitschko brothers. I remember seeing Manny Steward asked "Is there a difference in training the Klitschko's as opposed to other fighters you've trained?" Manny answered "Yes. When I ask them to show up at the gym at 5:00am they show up at 4:45am" :yep :bbb

I've never seen a snorkle used for training in the ring. Very interesting :good

I respect Adamek. I think he's a damn good fighter but he's in over his head in this one. Vitali by late rnd TKO :hat

    Very good post :good..
Both of the Klits have very high work ethics..
Adamek is also a very good fighter indeed, he could have been a legit HW champ if the Klitschko's werent around..

I've never seen this before. The purpose of it is?

Without knowing for sure, my guess would be that breathing through the snorkel you can't take in as much oxygen as without it...so you are training your body similar to if you were training at a higher altitude?

    I don't know...that's my guess.

Got it right in one, for guys who can't afford to go to Big bear or somewhere else at high altitude it's a cheaper alternative. Seems to be a good idea in theory, maybe not so good for sparring...

there is a devise that they use which restricts air flow in different stages for lung work... inhale and exhale ..... what Vitali did was put it in a snorkel so its easy to workout with it.... its about the side of a fat cigar slipped into the top of the tube
