I'm sure you can create this type of list with anyone. Vitali would be the favorite against everyone here. Some of these names are ridiculous. Tyson? Toney? RJJ? Holyfield? Also, some of these guys were beaten by Wlad.

What do you consider legit names? Charr, Sosnowski, Briggs, Johnson, 17 fight novice Solis? And if we used triangle theories no fights would ever get made. Fans of Vitaly klitschko have more excuses than any other fans on boxing forums.

Being beaten by his Brother doesnt mean he beats them or vice versa. My point is all these men were ranked when he was and he didn't fight any of them. Vitali was a champion, or ranked challenger for 7 years, yet his victims are largely unranked journeymen

If you are sure you can create a list like this for anyone, why don't you prove it by doing so?

Can you for example make it for Lewis.

Three of them were lineal champions, so it doesn't matter what belts they held, but ducking top contenders is not a good look no matter how you slice it.

But Lewis ducked Byrd not because he wanted to fight Vitali. He did it because he wanted to rematch Tyson, whom he just turned into a punching bag a fight earlier. Vitali fight only materialized in June 2003, after Johnson pulled out. Also, Byrd was more regarded than Vitali at the time. The only more deserving contender at the time was Wlad. Until he got whooped by Sanders of course.

Some of these guys were beaten by Wlad? So what! Is there a brothers discount in heavyweight boxing im not aware of? The point is Vits chose to fight weak opponents instead of the best available in more instances than not. Who his brother beat is totally irrelevant to his own career.

This shows the levels between the brothers.

Agreed. And its not that I think Vits couldn't have been great, he just never chased greatness. And that isn't something automatically bestowed upon a fighter just because his brother beat the fighters he didn't or wouldn't fight.

There were plenty of casuals that were always mixing the brothers up. I would imagine the promotional business would not have been good for K2 if they would have beat up on each other's scraps. Frankly, I wouldn't want to see it either.

I can certainly create a list for Lewis. But don't let me create one if you know that one is already in existence. I have a feeling the list isn't as long for Lewis because he didn't fight as long as Vitali did.

A lot of boxers don't even know what "lineal" means. It's more of a fan term.

That's you, and its fine. But you dont speak for everyone. I would have love to have seen Vits rematch Bytd and Wlad rematch Sanders. Would K2 have suffered if those fights were made? Also, K2 had no problem trying to enforce rematch clauses with the fighter of their choice had they lost. What's the difference?

Lewis fought longer than Vits and faced the best fighters of his era more times than not.

Lewis were is also commonly thought to be the second greatest era in heavyweight history while the Klitschko era is considered one of the weakest.

Get outta here. Nobody thinks LL is the 2nd best HW of all-time. It's always been Ali & Louis as 1 and 2. Very few publications even have him in the top 5. I have him at 7.

What I meant about Vitali fighting longer than Lennox is that he ended his career after 16 years (not including 2005-2007) which is longer than Lennox's at 14 years. Meaning there are brand new fighters that probably wouldn't be there.
