    I have not seen Vitali look so lean nor fast in a long long time.......that **** is impressive for such a big man at his age.

    I've never really observed training videos of Vitali, but to those have, is he normally this fast and sharp? (1:37)

    Yes he is.

    This is his standard routine on the heavybag. Those 5-10 second flurries he does in every camp.

    I bet he can finish adamek in any round he wants. It only depends on his TV contract and money gained from ads between the rounds

    Short straight punches. Of course they are gonna look fast.

    He's no slouch, especially for a 40 year old man, he does look in good shape. But he's not greased lightening. Clip doesn't really show much to be honest.

    Clip doesn't show much? Except a 6'8 athlete throwing punches as quick as most middleweights can throw, moving well, showing no signs of complications with the knee issues he once had.

    Remembering that Vitali hits like a horse kick too, hrm.
