yes lennox is a *****. he was so scared, that he even wanted a medical certificate from vitali. :yep when lewis saw how vitali destroyed kirk, he run out of boxing! Steward: "He [Lennox] told me that Vitali hurt him in that fight pretty bad and that he didn't want to have to face him again. I told him that if he wanted to continue fighting at all, that he would have to give Vitali a rematch. He chose to retire."
if vitali had ANY good wins on his resume; his fans wouldn't have to claim victories where none exist to try & justify his supposed greatness.
vitali retired lewis, lewis ducked the rematch. fact! btw the thread name is "Vitali retired Lewis: the truth" so whats your problem? and yes vitali is great. call me one great victory from lewis, besides vitali? tyson? :rofl or maybe over the hill holyfield? its not like lewis resume is so great, its overatet as hell IMO !
I think I am the only person that likes Lennox and Vitali. I used to hate on Lennox for ducking the rematch, but I have grown tired of seeing guys keep fighting when they shouldnt. He retired at the right moment, it was a smart move and I respect that.
vitali would do it too, if not his injuries. or you can show me one boxer who cames back after four years retirement and schools the current champion? vitali won the champions belt with the fewest boxed rounds, still the world record. 3 times world champion. one of the highes KO ratio. 5 times kickbox world champion. but i am realistic, i know that lewis resume is better, but again it's because of vitalis injuries! and never was down, unlike some other... but he didn't. so people are left trying to invent achievements where none exist...to justify his supposed greatness. :deal
you can use negatives to take away from what someone achieved...you don't need to do that to vitali cos he hasn't achieved anything. :deal
