In addition he said, he is not coming b/c of money but to take the title and make history, after which he would retire. He also stated that he would not come back unless he knew he could perform at a high level.
Peter will not be able to hit the 6'8" Vitali on the back of his head. What is Peter's best KO? Maskaev who was never knocked down? Peter is a slow, plodding, stationary target with no Boxing skill at all and he will get knocked out by even a 70% Vitali Klitschko. Klitschko has an Iron Chin and has never been out boxed by anyone in his whole career. Peter is not the puncher people think he is he only has 2 KO's in his last 6 fights or so plus the majority of his "highlight" KO's were against fighters with horrible Glass Jaw's like Jeremy Williams and Sykes. Peter is smoke and mirrors.
Vitali won't step foot in that ring if he isn't 100% ready, I think we all know this. He doesn't need the money, has no problem pulling out of fights and is very intelligent. If he enters that ring, Sam Peter is going to lose against an in shape and motivated Vitali.
exactly...Vitali is too intelligent to fail against Peter...he will be in shape and win or cancel the fight.
The only thing that I really question is his stamina. Because of the injuris he will have to change his cardio routine. at 37 his reflexes may be a little off but peter is not that fast so that probably will not be an issue . the first 3 rounds will tell us a lot. Peter has to withstand the counters by Vitali without getting shocked. and vitali just has to be a little more defensive and not gt clocked to set the tempo
That doesn't make much sense. Peter knocked Wladdy down 3 times, Big Brother doesn't like it when you knock Wlad down. Peter is in for a whoooooooping!!!!
We do not know their IQ but we do know that they are better educated than most boxers Their doctorate may be cheaper to attain than in the west but they still had to do the work.
If Vitali comes through against Peter what are the chances of him facing Wlad? Am I right in thinking they've got an agreement never to fight one another? I'd love to see it in a freak show kind of way
