    easy fights like Maskaev have no bearing on how many fights Vitali has left in him. He could have 1 fight left in him, fight Maskaev, and he would still have 1 fight left in him after that.

    And Vitali doesn't need to make a ton of money just fight Maskaev instead of staying inactive. Staying inactive doesn't pay more than fighting Maskaev no matter what the demand is.

    Pizza face will never fight Vitali. If he doesn't have the guts the face the nice Klitschko, he will never face the mean one.
