Quite even. Hide is actually hugely underrated. A tremendously fast and powerful fighter.

    Herbie Hide.

All 3 judges gave it to Hide as well.

VK seemed a bit reluctant to use his jab the way he usually does cause Herbie was throwing right hands over the top whenever he did. Much the same as Haye was doing against Enzo, only Haye is a lot better at it than Herbie was.

Herbie throws wide punches. No wonder he lost.

Watching this fight makes me feel kind of bad for Haye, who doesn't move nearly as well as Hide does on his feet.

    Hide -- 6'2" -- 75" reach -- 221 lbs vs Vitali --- Vitali = 245 3/4 lbs for Hide fight
    Haye - 6'3" -- 78" reach -- 215 lbs vs Barrett - Vitali = 250 for Peter fight

Maybe Haye can land a couple of his looping shots before VK tracks him down. Hide landed a few, but they weren't really flush, and, well, you saw the 2nd round.

I gave Hide the first round. He did more, landed more shots.

He was 28 then and is 37 now. I don't think he'll look that mobile against Haye.

I didn't bother seeing the clip, because I've already seen the whole fight two or three times over the years.

Thought it was definitely Hide's round. In the same way that I though Tyrell Biggs won the opening round against Tyson, if you catch my drift.

Hide won the 1st, but as any VITLAY fan will tell you, the point score is irrelevent if you can't prevent yourself getting stopped :deal
