    Key word was lost. And none of them was fighting anyone close to the level of Vitali, even you know that right?

    I'm not even sure what you're talking about but had they fought a rematch the answer to your question would have been that Vitali LOST HIS LAST FIGHT ON CUTS!

    And since you seem to think cuts either don't matter or never happen twice here's a little boxing knowledge for ya:

    ======================================================

    WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto’s face has been ripped and torn apart so badly in a number of his fights in recent years that it’s left him with extensive scar tissue around both of his eyes.

    This same scar tissue has left Cotto vulnerable to sustaining cuts and he’s been lucky in his last two fights because his promoter Bob Arum has matched him softly against the weak punching Yuri Foreman and an aging 38-year-old Ricardo Mayorga.
    ======================================================

    And you think that matching Vitali up against the guy who make his face look like he got hit by a truck, isn't going to open up a scar?

    You better brush up on the sport my friend or you're going to continue to look stupid against someone who's been watching boxing before you were born.

    The Klitard myth: Vitali was still dominating & kicking ass @ stoppage, LL was saved from an embarrassing TKO, VK's skin would've held up for the 2nd fight

    The Lewisucker myth: legal punches opened up cuts, Vitali was gassing, LL turned up out of shape 2 fights after Rahman KO'd him for that, LL aged overnight after sparking Tyson

    In reality both trained for a different fighter, although LL had more to lose. Given their skills, LL's age and VK's skin vulnerability, the 2nd fight would've ended controversially EITHER WAY, and the most objective opinion you'll ever get after watching their first fight, is that the rematch was highly unpredictable.

    /Lewis-Klitschko discussion forever

    both these aren't myths. Legal Punches did open up the cuts and Vitali was clearly gassing hard and was hurt in round 6. It's clear to see if you have watched the fight.

    My first thought when I heard of a proposed rematch was that the cut was going to open again, and that Lewis would target that area of his face deliberately.

    It's very, very likely the fight could have ended on cuts yet again.
