Gotta lova Vitali, he doesn't need anybody. Could retire now if he want too, maybe haye but that's the only one left. Would love to see Cunningham, because he said he wanted to move up HW.
If there's an RTL date for Nov, Wladimir should get it. He's had only 1 fight this year, Vitali has already had 2....but if Vitali does get it and clears his BS mando or can line up something good, I'll be ok with it.
In a perfect world, Stiverne would be cleaned up by Solis and Helenius/Solis would have to fight to become mandatory challengers. The very things that make the division poor...would be gone if this were stricter. If these guys had to earn shots and be active, they'd end up more experienced/well-schooled and in better shape when their shot comes and people wouldn't be bitching about weak competition or unexciting dominations. Problem solved. Cach, take care of it, dammit. Come on. Call this **** in!
When Lennox Lewis was supposed to take on Kirk Johnson back in 2003, Vitali Klitschko would´ve fought Cedric Boswell on the undercard. When Johnson got injured, Vitali took the Lewis-fight, which left Boswell without a fight. So now it would be the perfect time to catch up on Boswell. Since his loss to Jameel McCline (whom he dominated before he was stopped in the 10th round) Boswell is undefeated, beating the likes of then undefeated Roman Greenberg, Owen Beck, Oliver McCall and Kertson Manswell as his most notable wins. Boswell for sure wouldn´t be that easy to deal with as Adamek. He has even bigger reach than Klitschko and as the Klitschkos he likes to fight from outside. Could be interesting, Boswell is high risk low reward though.
Maybe this. He could fight at 3 days notice with a bad back and still beat this guy,and it gets his mandatory out of the way.
I think he wants to get rid of mandatory Stiverne to have an open field in 2012 targeting Haye or Valuev.
Me also! He'd have to go straight into camp now...and as its now nearly mid sept I just cant see it. I bet there's talks already started behind the scenes though with Hayes camp. When you look at whats around really its clear that Haye (despite all the crap talk) is still without a doubt one of the very best possible opponents. Sad but true.
That's a pretty tight schedule but of course he could easily switch dates with Wladimir who is set to fight again on December 10th.
Well Vitali said in the newspaper that its quite possible that he takes the November date german broadcaster RTL can offer. Wlad has the December date.
