Its just for the photo opp, i doubt he does it all the time. Ive read books on Ali where they said Ali only did those underwater shots for the pictures, that he didnt actually use it for training.
Wlad is just taking a couple of good photos for the media, the gym is where the real training begins.
Right here. It's only a fragment and in German though, so good luck. http://sport.rtl.de/boxen/boxen_81588.php

Wow you sure don't know nothing about traning is not training got get that if you know trainig under waer is extreamly hard and when you get to train outside of water you will get a lot of endurance resistance and quickness, so man study first.
Swimming and SHADOW BOXING under water is great exercise, it works on breathing and conditioning while providing resistance.:yep More OMPORTANTLY?? Its less abusive to joints, tendons, etc:good This is excellent Photo/promotion work. I'm starting to wonder if Wlad isnt going to take him out early:think By appearances? Everything seems to be building and coming together for him.
I guess that anyone can understand what you're sayin - train in a more resistant medium ( under water - overall higher pressure) to increase body strength and velocity to perform in a less resistant medium (air - standard pressure) - but I also know that in water medium, you have to use certain technical proceedings in order to execute and be free of injuries... Anyone that has managed to swim under water knows that. Basically, Wlad could get into unknown, unforeseeable hazzards by punching under water with two weeks to go - I just don't buy it, sorry.
