I would say that I am a Joe Calzaghe fan but not a Andre Ward fan..... regardless of that I would think that the odds prime vs prime would have been slightly in favor of Ward.

Calzaghe was a just a hollow paper champ who achieved a hollow victory over bhop. Hopkins took joe to school and made him look a little boy. Bernard landed with the more effective heavier and sharper punches that landed right on the chin and dazed joe on a number of occassions throughout the fight. Joe threw a lot of punches but hardly landed anything meaningful. Calzaghe slapped while hopkins punched all night. ***** slaps don't mean ****. They only mean something to his dumb fans who were draped over with their union jack flags on their heads at the time and screaming every time joe breathed to make it look as if he was doing something special.
