Ward is the man and he's not even done getting awesomer.

 

Ward based on the fights he's taken, won, and how he's won...should be P4P #1, IMO.

 

Ward has eclipsed anything in the brief history of 168.

Dawson -- dominated
Froch -- dominated with one hand
Abraham -- dominated
Kessler-- dominated

He didn't ask for the crown jewels, he went out and beat the best the world had to offer, before the were eligible for social security.

Ward put on a brilliant performance... I picked Ward by UD! The fact that he Knocked him out is crazy!! WOW... Andre Ward is the P4P #1 fighter in the game today. In fact I don't see anyone that could even give him a challenge. Andre ward totally cleaned out the 168 division.. tough bout after tough bout!

here i was telling people this was the most important fight in america in this division since toney-jones jr. it really was more like what someone else said on this board that it was more like floyd-chico. we knew floyd was great but we just wanted to know how great.

 

I'm so glad I went to the Abraham fight.

Ward entered that tournament as an underdog, people forget that. He took on a big challenge, most thought he would lose at least two of his fights.

I'm an admitted fan of his, but I can't put him at #1. He's clearly on the best run in boxing right now, even in recent boxing history.

He has far surpassed the accomplishments of Joe CalOttke.
