Rob do you think Money and Pacman will get made? Now that is the fight the world wants but I think Warren may find it hard to put on 4-5 fights that night. He will get the Olympians out maybe the return fight of Mitchell but for the others on the earlier bill it may well be too early for some of them depending how they do on the big bill.
I would of guessed a big card at the end of the year as long as Warren doesnt expect to have all his Saturday night fights on PPV I cant see some of his lesser fighters be able to comand a PPV sale without help from the US.

 

That's a great idea in principle, it really is.

The fights would have to be chosen carefully though.

Broadhurst is a good pick, but where Degale and Gavin are concerned they could be the deal clincher for people undecided on whether to buy the PPV or not. I.e, if they see the Olympians on free to air, they may be less inclined to buy the PPV.

I'd leave those on PPV and throw another on free to air, somebody who is less likely the casuals would REALLY want to see.

 

cant think of whats a lesser fight. Mayne have Broadhurst, Gavin and Rhodes on Sky.

I think frankie Gavin against Curtis Woodhouse should definitely be on the PPV. Rhodes and Broadhurst I would say are the weaker 2 fights but would be surprised if Rhodes isn't part of the 'Magnificent 7'.

 

Rhodes vs Konceny is two top 10 light middleweights

 

Don't disagree but think it is the least sellable.
Degale is a bigger name
Maccarinelli is a bigger name
Cleverly is the guy they are building around
Brook-Jennings, Barker-Macklin and Chisora-Sexton all British fights with better talkers
Woodhouse-Gavin has a different intrigue than any of the other fights.

I don't expect them to not show Rhodes but just think it will interest a wider audience the least. The more I think about it the more i think they won't show Gavin-Woodhouse which i think is crazy

 

think bellew will be fighting for the british on the liverpool show

 

I don't see Enzo being shown ahead of Ryan Rhodes. Rhodes has got momentum and sky's interest.

 

I could see you being right with that. Amongst my casual fan friends Enzo is a much bigger name because of the Haye fight but perhaps I'm underestimating the amount of people who know Rhodes from his first run

 

I think the Gavin fight might be the one not shown on sky, but there are sure to be pullouts.This is a great bill, I know it`s ppv but definitely worth £15 imo.

 

Its the Broadhurst fight not being shown.

 

According to the Sun only Frankie Gavin, Don Broadhurst and Ronnie Heffron won't be shown all the others will be. Interesting move if true what's the most fights a PPV Show has ever had?

 

That still leaves 8!
