That is what i have been trying to tell some of these guys. Wasted talent in my opinion. If people don't agree then fine.
He isnt the best of all time. He is very good but not that good. He did well until he went to 147. Even then he did the right thing by facing the linear champ which people give him **** for. He wanted Hatton for years at 140 but Hatton's people openly admitted they didnt want PBF at the time. The only key fights he missed were cotto or margo. He had beef with arum but still he showed he didnt care about legacy and only money. The JMM fight was a bit pointless but I think he did it because JMM was golden boy and it was easy to do and he didnt want to face Mosley right away. It would have been better if he faced mosley in summer 2009, but people still dont give him enough credit for his win.
look I gotta be honest, theres lots of *******s here who are just fans of Pac and not boxing, theyre here for one reason, to see Pac fight Floyd!! They dont give a flying **** if Pac loses, theyd just disappear. Heres my point: they speak for millions of casual fans out there. They just want to see Pac/Floyd and be happy with it. Meanwhile all Floyd employees/dickriders are making all kinds of excuses why the fights off.atsch In a way Id love to see a grueling battle and Pac losing a close decision to Margo. This would completely **** Floyd, hes lost his big money fight and he sure wont fight Margarito.
Wasted talent? His resume has: 41-0 Professional 86-6 Amateur World Titles in 5 different weight classes A Bronze Medal Victories over: De La Hoya Hernandez Mosley Manfredy Castillo(2) Corralles Chavez Gatti N'Dou Corley Judah Hatton And most impressively, he hoisted his first title over his head at 21, 2 years after he turned pro(and it wasn't a vacant belt either). For comparison of the amount of time it took other top fighters to hoist their first world title: Lennox Lewis- 4 years Andre Ward- 5 years Mikkel Kessler- 6 years Roy Jones Jr.- 4 years Vitali Klitschko- 3 years Ricky Hatton- 8 years(not counting that WBU crap) Manny Pacquiao- 3 years Miguel Cotto- 3 years Carl Froch- 6 years Joe Calzaghe- 4 years So if this is the resume of a wasted talent, then **** maybe he would be the greatest to ever lace up.
15-0 against World Champions. 18-0 against top 10 contenders. 18-0 in title fights. 41-0 over all. 5 weight champion. 6 time champion. Wasted talent LOL!
Jesus Christ and most esb users actually agree that he is a waste of talent. Just shows you most people here do not know **** about boxing.
The guy with the best resume in the sport right now a wasted talent? It is threads like this that makes me think I'm the smartest person on ESB. Being that I'm not that smart that dose not speak well for the rest of you.
