Yea, the 6.5 punches landed per round by Ortiz were really taking their toll.

naw he wasn't. He had the same reaction I would have if I was grazed by a shot while slipping. Just sit there and avoid all the other punches coming and don't move around too much so he can avoid getting caught slipping again

The reason Ortiz threw the flying head butt was because he couldn't get to Floyd ..That was out of pure frustration ..I didn't see any quit in Floyd at the time .I also thought that Vic was coming on ..What a shame it ended so early ..

I heard Floyd tell Roger to stop the fight in between rounds, he was out on his feet.

In my opinion Ortiz had Floyd hurt with a couple of decent shots before he backed him up onto the ropes. I think Ortiz's only chance was to go for broke. If only he had kept his cool, and not been so naive and overly apologetic.

Floyd, crafty as ever, spotted an easy way out and took it. There's no doubt in my mind that in round 4 Ortiz made Mayweather very uncomfortable. Who knows what could of happened, but you know mayweather, he doesn't care as long as he gets a W.

In my opinion there's unfinished business here and there should definitely be a rematch. Sucker punching someone is no way to win a WBC belt.
