Was it all about the money for Bradley? Is that why he didn't accept the Khan fight?

Apparently, he wasn't offered enough money for the fight against Khan. Was this the only reason that Bradley/Top Rank turned down the fight?

 

So he could make atleast 4 million more against pacman

 

Khan offered Bradley 50:50 and more than a guaranteed 1mill (easily his biggest payday) TWICE

If Bradley had the balls and was a real champion he would have took the fight (for his biggest payday) and unified 140.

I think Bradley knew that he'd have a tough time with Khan and could potentially lose, if he lost he would lose his unbeaten record and then the Pacquiao fight would be off the table. Instead he waited until he could get the bigger payday

 

But why go after a over the hill Pacquiao? Everyone knows that Manny hasn't been the same fighter for a good year or so. Why did he not go after a young, hungry fighter in Khan and unify the division? Maybe it was Bob Arum's fault again because he doesn't like Golden Boy.

 

Bradley got paid, he knew what he was doing. Fighting Khan was a risk that would have ruined the eventual big payday(and of course the better fight) in Pac

He didn't want to fight Khan because it could have jeporodised any potential he had for a fight against Pacquiao or Mayweather (this was all before he signed with Top Rank). He clearly felt that fighting Khan could have risked his 0 so he held out for the bigger money payday and he knew that even if he lost against either Pacquiao or Mayweather he could still go back for the Khan fight at a later date.

If he had lost against Khan (which clearly he thought was at least possible) then he would have no chance of getting a big payday against Pacquiao or Mayweather. You have to say that in money terms, Bradley's strategy paid off - he got a bigger money fight with Pacquiao (and might even get another from him).
