Was Lucian Bute that bad or was Carl Froch that good?

Froch really was that good and Lucian really was that bad, **** like that happens in boxing. It was a sensational performance by Froch and a lot of credit most go to him for dealing with Bute the way he did. I have my suspicions that Bute may have been a little bit drained at the weight and flustered by the occasion, only time will tell if it was a blip in Bute's career. Im certain Bute will move upto 175lbs for his next fight, im sure im going to get criticised for this next comment but Bute showed some classic signs of being drained.

Bute **** himself as soon as Froch landed a solid punch and continued to do so with subsequent punches, best fight I've seen in a long , long time.
Froch was in beast mode from the opening bell and was never going to slow down.

Bute was poor, I thought I would log on (watched it this morning) to find out he had a bad injury for a while, but he looked ok after ten minutes or so.

Froch battered him and knew early on that he had way too much for him.

Bit of both. Froch was on fire last nite. That is Carl Froch at his most brutal. He even had speed! Froch on that kind of form would have beat Kessler and gave Ward a much better run for his money.

Bute has never fought a world class before this. Look what happened

Was a top class win for Carl, but feel as though Bute could have given a much better account of himself, when he started to move his head he didn't get hit (as much), but Carl had too many rounds in the bag for the fight to have ended with a Bute win

When Froch become under presure he just lept in with relentless punching, but at the same time it was controlled every round.
The facts are Bute tottally understimated Froch's power and strength.. I thought this was a masterclass.. Lets be honest when you look at Joe Calzaghe his last fights were his best maybe Froch is at his peak..

Froch has clearly learned much through mixing with the best, he uses so many subtle sneaky tricks you only pick up through experience. We're seeing a veteran Froch but seemingly without the mileage.
