cheers primo i know what is i, I've worked out more than I've had hot meals. I can practically do them without tables now. its not suitable for anything less than excessive. but it is still used as one form basic information in other cases, yes.
Of course if there´s much body fat variation, its not that suitable. If we talk about trimmed athletes, it should be useful.
yes as a component of several methods of body measurement, sure thing. Its backup more than anything else for the real meat and potatoes.
If you are fat you can't be "muscular" stop talking nonsenses.stop talking about topics what you have no clue about
Tyson was a fat kid at 13 with overweight he was not in shape at that time, he weighed 190 pounds at 16 in the amateurs so he could not be 190 in shape at 13 it is a bull**** does not matter how is your genetics, NO MAN IS FULLY DEVELOPED AT 13
Who knows, it is really a pointless question really, it is like asking did Razor Ruddock have collagen for his trout pout!!
Fat people can't be muscular? Holy **** now your just being ridiculous, anyways You've proven yourself time and time again to be a idiot, do the forum a favor and delete your account.
go say that to the face of a Sumo wrestler, big man. to be fair, I'm not sure how they would take it. They might buy you a saki.
Does make one chuckle this myth that Tyson was as big at 13 as he was at 20, absolute drivel! Was he on steroids? Is the Pope a Catholic........
You have some misapprehensions man. First of all, BMI applies to most of the population because most fall into a certain range of bone & muscle mass. But it is widely criticized as way too inexact. Since it gives no specific consideration for body fat, it falsely represents many as at least more overweight than they are. Others with small frames &/or little muscle marked as fit when they may be too fat, let alone out of shape. Also the whole endo-meso-ectomorph thing has been widely discredited. Folks are these things by degrees, & there are no natural exact categories-& exercise can or inactivity can make one appear more like the other. Also, you confused two of them: Mesomorph is the one that is muscular, endomorph is supposed to be tending towards fat. The specific notion that one will be endo or meso & short is just silly. "Less for push ups & squats"? The opposite is true. Due to some weight being supported by the legs, one needs more added weight to equal the resistance or useful low rep range of dips or pull ups. Squats use the biggest muscles in the body, so adding mucho weight is necessary. Combates, of course one can be muscular & fat. The word does not centrally mean looking cut, it means carrying a lot of muscle. Now how about stopping the disrespectful tone when you disagree with people? That tendency of many is a scourge of the Internet & an embarrassment to this website. Now, did Tyson use PEDs? Tyson most likely is a 5' 10" & change, & from appearance, maybe as low as 10% body fat at 220 lbs.. 214-221 during his prime. He MAY have used them. But unlike Holyfield, there is no evidence he did-nor a huge change in build-& looking at his early muscle mass, AND the limits of natural development...It is not implausible that he could have done so without any drugs at all. This website & articles shows a few systems for calculating natural potential. The link uses that of his system, Casey Butts (real name), & is best since it considers bone structure too. You run the numbers listed for Tyson (listed 8" wrists, 11" ankles) you can see he is NEAR the limits for most all measurements. Except chest. The only overage is neck size. But I wonder if the fact of his sport & specific neck training actually allowed him to develop that potential more than the 1000s of natural lifters used for this formula. http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html. Anyone might have used PEDs. Some who are not big do, some take things that maximize strength, not bulk. But without any compelling test, anecdotal, sudden growth or other suspicious indications...It is unfair & irrational to assume that they did. Now if Tyson was like Ronnie Coleman & a few other mass monsters his height-~ 300 lbs. & even lower body fat, OR even around 250 at under 6' & so cut... Then say he must be juicing, yes. By the way, the deep voice side effect is masculinization seen on woman, not necessarily men.
Sam McVea had comparable build, and it may be safely assumed that he did not use steroids. We cannot convict him on build alone.
