I had Pavlik winning by 115-113 but a draw would not have surprised me. That's why I say Pavlik is overrated - as Taylor was not a p4p top 5 fighter, Pavlik can't be there....

    Not controversial at all.

The few sparks through this somewhat uneventful fight were triggered by Taylor but Pavlik landed just enough more to win the decision.

I myself had Taylor winning a decision.

Pavlik won this fight clearly. Taylor fought much more cautiously and it was a closer fight but Pavlik pulled away in the last three rounds.

Plus, people should not forget how badly the first fight was scored. Taylor was leading big on all the judges scorecards when Pavlik koed him, and that was a really close fight too.

Either 7-5 or 8-4 Kelly. Choose one.

I had Taylor winning at first, but it was close, and I may have been carried away by his flashiness. When I slowed the fight down I saw that Kelly picks off a lot of shots.

No, but it was a lot closer than Pavlik fans like to think. These 116-112 type scores are crazy.

    Not controversial at all.

I had Pavlik just about taking it.

I would not have argued vehemently if it had gone the other way though.

  12. Controversial yea right, Pavlik clearly won! the only people that thought Taylor won were drunk, high or folks that were dumb enough to wager on Taylor..

Pavlik was his usual busy self, but I noticed JT defense was there ALL night, a lot of Pavlicks punches were landing on gloves, controversial, no, disputable YES. I had JT winning 7-5.
