Was the alleged Tyson/Douglas upset a mass hallucination?

Okay, I ordered online the “stuff” CT apparently “uses” to excite his creative powers. Express delivery, just arrived - how cool, alrighty, here goes nothing (gulp!):-

As well advertised reps of Earth’s most able warriors, on the night of the fight, the REAL Tyson and Douglas were abducted by aliens to be ANAL-ysed and assessed for their fighting abilities - this involved extensive “probing”, a far too close and invasive encounter of the “you know what kind”. (Ya..Ouch!!).

So no one noticed on Earth, the aliens seamlessly replaced the genuine articles with flawless robotic replicas - indistinguishable from the Real McCoy.

Keeping in line with the aim to avert any suspicions, the abilities, histories and status of the REAL fighters were hastily analysed by the aliens so as to program the replacement robots to act and engage in a manner as per the earth profiles they were representing, thereby remaining compliant with reasonable logic and popular expectations.

This was all good EXCEPT, in their haste, one of the aliens who shall remain nameless (that was actually his name - “nameless”) confused the programming, giving Buster the superior attributes that were actually intended for Mike.

The REAL Mike and Buster were returned to earth the next day….somewhat butt hurt and worse for wear…but further shocked to find out what went down in Tokyo between bizarro Tyson and Douglas in their absence.

Both agreed to never tell anyone the real truth lest they be taken away and locked up in a looney bin - they simply had to accept the sudden and unexpected change in their respective career fortunes.

Buster prayed and prayed for the aliens to revisit him just prior to the Holyfield fight and do their “thing” but unfortunately….they never came. Well, we all know how that fight went down……

Alas, as far as the public was concerned, poor Buster simply turned back into the oversized pumpkin he was before.

I see your problem, the issue is resolved in the first line: 42/1 thing was simply not a thing.

Mirage accepted a huge bet for a Tyson win (which was simply not a thing at the time, the only thing bet on in Tyson fights of the time was the under/over), thus they set up a book and despite eventually offering the 42/1, no money was taken on a Douglas win.

    That is the myth!

I think you guys may be onto something. The fight couldn't happen because Tokyo doesn't exist... because it wasn't just the 2 cities that were destroyed in WW2, all of Japan was bombed (they refused to surrender, contrary to popular belief). The country doesn't exist at all, so how could the fight have taken place there?

"BuT tYsOn ApPeArEd In A nInTeNdO gAmE aNd JaPaN iNvEnTeD tHe NiNtEnDo SeVeRaL yEaRs AfTeR wOrLd WaR 2"

You see, that's part of the conspiracy. The inventors of the nintendo were descended from Japanese immigrants who survived the bomb and, out of national pride, continue to say that the products they make come from their country which no longer exists. Hence why you might be confused how Tyson appeared in video games from "Japan". It was all part of a deal he made.

And that's how we got the Mike Tyson's punch out game.

I can confirm that this is historically accurate.

Source: I think I remember someone mentioning it once. Might have been you, just now.

If you look carefully frame by frame at Tyson crawling on his hands and knees and putting his mouthpiece in backwards like a dog with a chew toy, there’s one blip where you see the outline of the image of Iron Mike in a series of 1s and 2s and realize that’s the glitch in the Matrix coming through.

It's very possible the fight didn't happen or Tyson won
in the multiverse. Since theoretically the possibility
of multiple universes is a possibility, Tyson could've
beaten Douglas in one of them. Like the Axis powers
may have won WW 2, The Native Americans pushed
the Europeans out of the America's
I'm sure in the vastness of space and time it happened
just like that in one of them.
