Holt was extremely fired up when this happened. After he landed the right hand he sort of pushed down on Torres' wilted frame with his gloves and menaced over him for a moment as Nady pulled him away. Holt went completely AGRO.
Now that is absolutely ridiculous. When Holt backed into the corner he got low and started bobbing side to side. At the moment of impact Torres had actually popped backwards slightly to give himself distance to land a left hook/right hand combo. Right as he did that Holt launched upward and forward with his head and tightened his body. Torres got speared.
Umm, no...they dont. The KO was caused by a PUNCH...there was an accidental clash of the heads in between. A NC would be a terrible misinterpertation of the rules.

When a head is being used as a weapon the person doing so will tense their neck and upper body and convert themselves into a battering ram. On an accidental butt, far less damage is likely to occur because the head, neck, and upper body are in a relaxed state and the individual is more focused on actually punching, ect.

san rafael, what is the point you are trying to make with this thread? It's now 71 to 11. It was very very obviously an accidental headbutt. I personally thought that it was the main factor in the ending of the fight. The butt landed - accidentally - which stunned Torres and left him stumbling back and defenceless. This gave Holt an easy chance to hit the sweet spot, which he did. How much damage the butt did is debateable, none of us were in there, none of us felt it. And we can never know.
