Was vitali really good? Or briggs really bad? and does haye beat vitali

After last nights performance do you think haye has any chance?

I think he does his work rate is good and he has the power to cause an upset. :ko

By the way, I feel Briggs really did the asthmetic community proud last night.

 

I thought Vitali looked very good last night and I have been very critical of him in the past.

But then I had to reming myself who he was fighting.

Haye will beat Vitali at this juncture IMO.

 

I see Haye getting caught with Vits overhand right when attacking time after time.

 

The reason I don't think so is this is pretty much all Vitali does. It's predictable and I don't think Haye will fall for it!!!

Vitali either knocks Haye out - or another chance is with Vitali getting a bit older and slower - Haye gets on his counter punching bike - and runs all night - but fails to be able to do much - and Vitali dominates him for a landslide decsion like he did to Briggs.

 

Haye boxes low, even if he didn't want to throw it (which is dull) he'd be forced to.

I just don't think he throws the combo's quick enouth to catch Haye, and single shots won't work. Haye will be in and out and he will hurt Vitali IMO.

 

Vitali will dominate Haye.

Difference is - Vitali will not just push him back like them guys - he will dominate Haye.

The main thing that convinces me that Haye will win is that he won't just stand there in front of Vitlay throughout the fight.

It's no co-incidence that his three best comeback performances have been against Peter, Arreola and Briggs - all seemingly flat footed, not giving any angles, fairly low output etc etc..... contrast that to Gomez, Johnson and to a lesser extent Sosnowski - all moved and offered a little something - well Johnson offered a clean pair of heels

The problem is that there isn't a fighter with the stones to really go out there and take it to Vitlay - the one time he's been in a genuine tear up he lost. He looks brilliant when he's allowed to dictate both the pace of the contest and the range..... teeing off on Peter and Arreola, looked pretty sick.

 

Corrie Sanders had a go as well, and had Vitali in a bit of trouble at one point.

 

Kind of what I think. Albert did have some success at points.
