That's all well and good, I would probably offer him similar-ish advise. But what happens when Peterson starts walking through his shots? What happens when Khan stands still and lets Peterson unload shot after shot on him? What happens when Peterson turns up with his successful gameplan as plan A this time? Khan will spend his training camp working on flaws, Peterson will be spending his training camp perfecting his pressure game.

You do realize that when Khan's laying on the ropes and getting punched in the face, it is not him attempting to show the world he can take shots.

That's the point - HE CAN'T. If he could he wouldn't have had those point deductions, he wouldn't have literally been running backwards and he wouldn't have been getting trapped on the ropes. The way you talk it's like he was trying to rope-a-dope Peterson. Truth is if someone starts applying some pressure on Khan he has to go backwards, gets trapped on the ropes and covers up.

No one is saying Khan can't outbox him in the middle of the ring, he just can't stop Peterson walking him down without giving up rounds

I think Roach and Khan Peterson the first time a bit lightly, credit to Peterson he done better than everyone expected, but I don't think Khan and Roach will make that mistake again.

- fight easy opponent on same card with Bradley

-Big fight in the fall

I don't believe the "underestimated" excuse. In the lead-up to the fight, Roach spoke a lot about Peterson's inside game. They knew he was gonna' bring it. The only thing that they didn't expect, was how **** Khan would be at dealing with it.

 

Khan needs to move less and waste less energy on that, and use that energy to plant his feet more and stand his ground with more power shots, Khan hurt Peterson on the 9th.

Khan can hurt Peterson.

 

That was not the reason he lost. His footwork was horrible, his inside game was none existent, his defense was far from impenetrable.

This is why he lost, which is also why Bradley would have beat him that night, and I most likely favour against Khan currently.

 

You're actually unbelievable. It's like you are actually incapable of entertaining the idea that Khan might not be as good as you thought.

So far your reasons for Khan losing have been:
- DC
- The ref
- The judges
- Peterson headbutting
- Peterson ducking too low
- Khan intentionally taking shots to prove his toughness
- The commentators
- A man in a hat at ringside
- Khan and Roach taking the fight too lightly

The one reason you haven't acknowledged:
- Khan was beaten by the better, more complete fighter on the night

 

Well it's all or nothing in this rematch for Khan, and I feel he will make adjustments in the return to beat Peterson.
