The problem is they sell the whole package. If they sold fights individually someone would pick it up.
It would be odd for Boxnation/BT/Sky to be picking this up at this late stage- that only really leaves Channel 5/ITV/Dave/Freesports of those broadcasters who regularly show boxing. The WBSS is a massive commitment for a broadcaster in terms of time slots but actually incredibly cost effective for the amount of content offered.
Were sales ever released for the Cruiserweight final? It will be criminal if the Taylor/Burnett card isn't on TV. Having that on Channel 5 would be perfect.
I can imagine the front runners are ITV and Channel 5. Obviously there would be no PPV with Channel 5.
Blimey, the Sauerlands can't even get a deal in Germany. Let's be honest, they are pretty much done as promoters. Itv box office or eleven sports for me.
Cannot help but think it will be 11 Sports. If it was going to be ITV again, surely it would have been done before now. Also shows their figures from the series can hardly have been great. Granted they did do a dreadful job promoting it.
So halfway through the week and still nothing on a UK TV deal. Would rather not watch Tete on their website.
You don't have to. It's on YouTube. Van watch it on a smart TV, Chromecast or stick of that type or boxes with YouTube on. One one TV I had 4 different ways of watching it on the big screen!!
