really though... what he means is that some major tv or satelite distrubutors dont carry certain mexican channels....so you can pay a bit extra ( i pay 7 bucks) for a "latino package" which should include some local mexican stations....if you dont know mexican stations, them ****ers are dirty as **** and will show a ppv card on an hour behind difference....it's ****ed up, but it's been happening for decades now.....it use to be that they didnt show it till the next day, but now they're like only an hour behind, and many, i mean many people that live in border towns do it.......
