marquez is looking ****in good for a guy who had to put on muscle for this fight. he looks solid and thick. this fight is gonna be a war if both guys initiate action.

exactly, but they thrive off of any reason to hate Floyd. Simply put the weight difference is negligable. Marquez's arms look bigger than Floyd's he's really carrying the weight well and as some already pointed out he is thicker up top than Floyd right now.

 

Imo JMM gained as much weight as he could while still being able to mantain maximum cardio fitness.......

Marquez is in great shape, but compared to Mayweather's physique, Marquez carries in him trace amounts of fat.

Let me tell you, in some of those pictures, JMM may even look a little thicker than Mayweather.....the average Joe would say they're the same size.......
.......but definitely not. Muscle weighs more than fat, thats why Mayweather looking so lean is the heavier fighter. Mayweather is nothing but rock solid muscle.
He's a solid natural welterweight, while JMM is really a lightweight at this stage in his career.

I look for Mayweather to climb the ring at the exact weight he climbed vs Hatton, 150 lbs.....I guarantee you JMM wont weigh above 145lbs......likely a 6 to 8 lbs advantage for Mayweather......and that my friend is a much bigger fighter.


I was one that was upset that the fight was'nt contracted at 140 lbs.......Mayweather took his nonsense a step further and did'nt even make the contracted weight limit.

Mayweather has definitely set himself up to get zero credit if he wins......and JMM now is in position with a victory (which yes, its still possible) to establish himself above both Mayweather and Pacquiao as the best of his era with a win here under these circumstances!
