Kill something, remember this, what is Energy. All energy is Conciousness, without it theres nothing, Good Energy or Bad Energy. So put the thing where it comes from, where it belongs it will work better, so will everything else. :good

Funnily enough your head is always above your coxyxs - because of your spine.

You don't need to keep your back straight and upright when boxing - that is ******ed and dangerous.

What about when you're leaning forward?

I would've thought that you should always have a straight back when boxing, bending and moving your legs but keeping a good posture. Having a bent back wouldn't be good for your balance and would put alot of strain on your back. You would look like Ylem.

wow if i were any more leaning forward id be standing on my head.

plus you can still easily bend your back and still have your head over your coxxyis.

weight training is not over rated.....everything you do involves some kind of weight. fast twitch muscles are whats over rated, atleast for a boxer.

By bending the Back, something happens that isnt a good idea. It stops the diaphram from working as it should by up to 50%. Plus you can talk to a man with a wooden leg, but not with a wooden head :patsch

Quiet Ylem. Stop talking about muscle fibres. Fast twitch fibres are overrated? Without them you don't have any power. You act like it's something you just choose. You must despise your hands.

I admire that a man with your knowledge can tolerate being around this place with some of the characters around, you must be a humble man. The more I hear the idiotic ideas of some people regurgitated over and over again the harder it is for me to look at this forum.

And discussions about fast twitch fibers are VERY overrated... just train well and things will sort themselves out in that area.
