    I would imagine so, plus if you eat it raw you can get really sick.

    No, you can't. It's 1 in 200,000 chance and that's in a salmonella egg which most chickens are vaccinated against anyway nowadays. It's very, very, very, rare.

    And cooked, raw, the difference is minimal, and if there is difference then it's "better" raw. It's still an egg.
    It's really splitting hairs.

    yeah muscle milk does...for the price and serving size u get it isnt all that...dont get me wrong...it is a greeeat product...u wanna gain weight eat every 2 hours take in a gram per pound of bodyweight of protein and before bed mix two scoops of optimum nutrition protein powder with 1/2 cup of dry oatmeal 3-4 strawberries a tablespoon of peanutbutter and some milk...it tastes like a milkshake! i went from 230-240 pounds when i started doing this everynight...and its clean calories...ur boxing ur burning a lot of calories...this will aide in putting weight on...but ya gotta eat high protein and complex carbs! here http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html

    ON 100% whey mixes super easy...with a spoon...and tasted great...sometimes i only have hot bottles of water laying around in my car and i mix this stuff up in it...haha

    man screw supplements that **** does not work just get some steroids.

    Edit:- Just ordered the 1kg Muscle Milk for £25. Bought the peanut chocolate flavour.

    Supplements are just placebo's. Diet works better or hormones. I dont take any supplements other than fish oils. There a waste of time in my experience.

    Hey you wanted the supps, I use them, they help my recovery.
    You won't die if you don't use them.
    They aren't that effective if you have a good diet, which you don't.
    So keep them, ginger!

    Ah. So they'll be more effective for someone who eats chocolate and crisps than they would for somebody who already eats properly?
