If you eat properly, get some good fats, and, say, 150grams or more protein a day, it won't have as much effect on him as someone who gets about 70-80 grams and doubles this with the shakes.
    big diff

Only ever use them to supplement your diet and nothing more. If your not getting what you need in your diet a bloated supplement wont help in the slightest.

It's brand new so I'll have to sell it on for what I paid. 60 big ones for a tub and it's yours.

Muscle milk is overpriced. Optimum Nutrition and Dymatize are both good brands that Ive used and a lot cheaper than MM. Buy the powders and mix it with water or milk yourself instead of the packaged drinks.

If you just want more energy before a workout, there is always caffeine, its cheap and it works.

creatine has never been proven to cause increased performance in any elite level athlete, in fact in such studies no noticeable difference was found

    steroids are illegal

every vitamin you need can be obtained enzyme-alive and fresh in real form from common foods

energy drinks/supplements are bad for you and your heart

supplements are for BRO's doing CURLZ for the GURLZ stop being a ****wit and do what countless uber-athletes in the past have done - eat natural food and be healthy.

After I've flogged this muscle milk to Glen for 80 quid, what should I be eating around my workouts then?

    Lots of meat
    lots of eggs
mainly after and up to about 2 hours before cos they are not as easily digestible as something like fruit.
