I think it's only a matter of time before Burns KO % looks better. His shot selection is second to none but he' had a run of gritty opponents. He's done himself justice tonight... Gd man

 

Fantastic stuff from Burns tonight. Jab was exemplary. Score cards may have been a little on the wide side but Burns won by at least 3 rounds. Made up for him and his trainer. Great shot in the arm for Scottish boxing.

 

Yeah well done :good the tactics was spot on and Burns fought out of his skin, I had him winning by 2 rounds, good fight.

I was not sold on Ricky, but it actually it may take the next Arguello to beat him, he is that good. I thought it was Guy Fawkes night, but I stand corrected:

I guess 30 years down the line, our Grandchildren will be moaning about that awful Scottish commentator/analyst, and we will be suggesting, they show a bit of respect and hark back to a Bonfire night back at the start of the Century...
