We actually spoke with King at the WBC convention & he mentioned de Mori fighting Stiverne for the WBC Silver title & that got me thinking should Mark beat Stiverne then I'd think him & I would be a great Asia Pacific fight that would sell well in China.

yeah, i'm just trying to work out how mark is world ranked when beating the 2 people he has since 2 years of nothing.

he has nobodies on his record before the 2 year break anyway.

i know there r politics, but this is a serious head scratcher imo.

I see Alex at WBC 32 and De Mori is not in the Top 40 yet. Next month though he will jump Alex with a belt I'd imagine.

Welliver is hand picking Seth Mitchell next. Lets see what he has learned from You Tube. Chauncy is a born boxer and is starting to peak as a HW at 28, which is very young for a HW. By the end of the year he will be at least a #1 ranked contender, if not ourtight HW Champion.

And De Mori can watch and learn on You Tube.

Seth Mitchell v Chancey will be a very interesting match-up should it come off.

I will be off the chain for that match up. There are 2 things that I am die hard about in this world. Chauncy Welliver as a HW Boxer going for the HW Title, and the Michigan State Spartans.

Unfortuntaley for Seth, he is not an active Spartan and he is slated to face a boxer with much higher ring IQ and championship round endurance than he has. Seth's stock is very high but he will come crashing down faster than the NYSE when WW3 starts. I will root for him though, after Chauncy and the Klits retire. he has as good of a chance as any after that.

Your unshakable faith in Chauncey and the Spartans is commendable. I also hope Chauncey can get past Mitchell, but think it will be one tough assignment.

Going after the HW Title is not supposed to be easy. Seth is at an all time high in terms of stock and he will provide the major USA TV platform to send the message to every other HW in the world. If you think you have power, come take The Welliver Test. If you're a HW Champ and wants to try and do something unique, try to break the Welliver 360 HW Rounds Without Going Down Streak.

I do think Mitchell vs Welliver will be a war early though. But once Chauncy adapts to him and drags him into deep waters, I think the better man will clearly emerge and win the fight going away.
