Disagree strongly on the stoppage. What is the point in seeing Horn seriously hurt? He was done. You didn' see Horn complain. That is always the tell. He had a good payday.

You literally just gave linares credit for being ktfo, like it's a positive while saying a negative for horn never getting wrecked.

    WTF world you living in

Sure, but that's out of boxing logistics (fighting a guy who's 158 on fight night from 140) and not fear. Same way if Bud's team says it would be suicide to fight Triple G.

Of course. I am doing it to make a point and that is Loma has no business stepping in the ring with Crawford. Crawford is a giant by comparison. Loma is practically a midget. Hey, Loma is an awesome fighter but he is small. That is something we all have to accept. I've said it a hundred times but I am just constantly amazed how some fight fans want smaller fighters to fight much bigger fighters to "prove" their greatness. Nothing could be further from the truth. Greatness, in part, is making wise decisions and Loma and his team are a wise team.

The thing is you have Loma fan boys who actually believe Loma could beat Crawford and it’s like are you crazy the guys team don’t even think that. It’s not a contest just like Tripld G vs Brook wasn’t really a contest.

You are right all those guys that move up two division, Brook, Loma, Khan to an extent they getting beaten up. It’s just annoying when fans exhalt a fighter to the stage where they actually think this guy can beat guy much much heavier than them.

One of the saddest aspects of boxing is seeing fighters coaxed into fighting fighters much bigger than they are. They typically have a team around them that is focused on one thing, and that is the money. Loma has his father in his corner. Not a macho father, but a caring, wise father. His son is his life. They cherish each other, which is why Loma has done so well. I wish there were more teams like this in boxing.

Stoppage was horrible? It was actually too late. Horn was hurt and simply being beaten up bad. Youd what rather watch some total mismatch and a fighter having the career beaten out of him?

When it's totally over I have no prob with mercy stops. Why continue that beating ? What are you looking for, injury, career ending?

Crawford does pass the eye test. Like I've said before, he is doing what he's supposed to be doing with the talent placed in front of him. As of right now, he is in the right division to greatly enhance his legecy.

I thought Jeffs team should have thrown in the towel, he was getting abused in there down 8 rounds what is the point. He was out of answers and the coach’s only advice was ‘come on Jeff don’t give up’ I’m like huh this ain’t a ****ing Rocky movie.

The world where VL's stoppage of Linares was more legitimate and impressive than Bud's stoppage of Horn. If you are going to compare the two performances and the knockdown of VL, you should look at that too.

Horn, make a "late rally" who are you trying to fool. Horn couldn't make a 5/10 second rally throughout the entire fight and you're literally trying to sell he's going to make a charge while at his weakest and most vulnerable?

Dude was done from the first round.

It was the best officiating Byrd did all night.
