I use MSM: it is a "B" vitamin I buy from the "Tractor Supply" store. It is a vitamin powder that is used for healing livestock. I cannot afford the MSM prescribed by Doctors so I use the MSM made for race horses. It is easy to research on the net however, I would be surprised if they tell you what it is like to do it yourself: or over do it!
Okay, now for my homemade caution list, and rules!
The bag comes with a scoop. One scoop a day, and no more. My brain could not handle more than one scoop. I was no longer able to think clearly. My balance was way off, and my lost since of touch which caused me to drop things.
This stuff taste horrible! I use one scoop in a half gallon of strong ice tea. If it still taste bad I add a large package of the Crystal Light instant Peach tea, and that does the trick.
Do Not drink it past 1:30 PM.
It causes sleep problems if you do! I was only able to sleep two hours a night when I broke this rule.
I would get on a three day cycle of no sleep, and then I would crash, and then I would sleep for an entire day.
Then the three day cycle would start all over again. It's a viscous cycle known only to amphetamine addicts.
I broke my cycle with a noon day cup of coffee while not doing any MSM for three days.
You need your sleep to heal your body!!!
I also eat ground Sirloin raw with peppers, and salt. It helps me to build muscles very fast but only when I am working out.
In NYC they call it: "Stake Tartare."
My next field of study will be HGH. I will be buying the biggest tubs of powder I can find for the least amount of money.

Water, food, sleep, rest, oxygen.
Take any outside supplement and don’t be surprised if you find out it contains some ingredient on the banned list.

You should stop boxing you're obviously punch drunk if you think that's an acceptable way to talk to someone.
