If i lost 20 pounds i reckon id ko big enzo in 4 rounds. Seriously though when you see run of the mill boxers train close up it really is frightening.

He'd be DQ'd. Everything would be a low blow.

My brother was convinced he could take Naz if the fight was in his living room, boxing on knees (instead of standing).

He had no chance off course. Naz would never accept the offer to come to his house.

Not sure Naz leaves his own house that much anymore.

This thread belongs in the General Section with all the other daft ones.

Does anyone think they could beat a golf pro at golf? No, of course not, so why boxing?

In the shed behind my back garden there was a guy who trained there

and he wa a former pro

apparantly he was no good and had a record something like 1 win and 10 losses or something

and his nickname was "canvas" from always getting knocked down

when I trained over there when I was younger I wacthed a body builder in his 20's come down the gym

    "Canvas" want to spar him

the body builder looked the part - rippling muscles etc - but he werent a boxer

after a while this body builder finally sparred with "Canvas"

they sparred either one round or two round

and "Canvas" had him crippled over on the floor with body shots

they called the spar off and the guy had tears welled up in his eyes

I dont think I seen him come to train at the gym again

"Canvas" was a bit of a gym bully to novices who he got in the ring with

he couldnt hack it as a pro but still even a **** pro like him was good enough to beat up quite qucikly a fit muscalur young man who was not a boxer

    100% true

"Canvas" was a real pro fighter - who has worked for Frank Warren Sports Network in some capacity.

    what does that mean?

I hope you dont mean - small and skinny

    Because "Canvas" was a heavyweight

when I make claims - they are real

Canvas is not just some random made up bloke

I know his real name - and he worked for Frank Warrens Sport Network as a timekeeper for fights invovling Naseem Hamed, Joe Calzaghe and Enzo Maccarenelli.
