What current boxer would you want as your trainer?

    Golovkin there was a vid of Golovkin teaching bareera it was really special to watch how attentive he was trying to make sure Bareera understood

    This along with Hopkins (if hes still considered active). I also like to say Thurman seems to be pretty knowledgeable too

    Golovkin is very intelligent but, I didn't choose him because of our language barrier. I'm sure he could teach well and he looks to be a cool guy, but his English isn't great. Our communication might fall apart at times.

    I dont know if youve seen that video Alex, but he communicates nearly 100% through body language. He's so intense with it Barrera just falls into a trance and completely obeys

    i remember thinking how deep his understanding of boxing must be, for him to have developed such a complex system of controlling your opponent using only your head. along with the different positioning of his fists when he punches, in order to get around a defense, and his technique for always being in a position to throw with max leverage, make this guy a brutal scientist.

    yeah. pretty scary seeing how he almost hypnotized a fellow long time pro boxer. no need for words, just pure intense physical communication

    GGG would by far be my choice for a trainer
