Yeah what's with people saying Szpilka was way ahead on the cards? I thought Wilder was a little ahead but it coulda been 1 point either way or even. So much hyperbole regarding Wilder. He must be doing something right.
That one shot KO power can carry you a long way if you are that tall and fast. I wanna see how he performs against fighters his size now that can punch.
The mark of a hater, trying to downplay a vicious ko win that isn't seen often, dude looked like he died in the ring. If it was GGG you'd be changing your underwear. Wilder Derangement Syndrome.
He has height, speed and power in his right hand but that's pretty much it. He has really, really big holes in his game and looks like a very limited boxer.
--Knocked out badly by an unknown LHW in amatuers --ALSO, OUTBOXED badly by a Polish Sausage in the amatuers --Squeaked by with a bronze medal somehow in the Olympics --Put down by morbidly obese Dustin "Big Worm" Nichols with a "Check-Jab" --Put down heavily and almost out by career loser Harold "Hard Roc" Sconiers --Built much of his career by beating sad corpses like Harrison and Lyakhovich --Brought in personal friend Malik Scott to take an obvious dive --Did not fight the real champ for his "title" but a Don King manufactured Buffet champion --Knocked down by 2 Wlad jabs and OUT with one medium left hook in sparring --Destroyed and almost ktfo'd by Haye in sparring --Rocked heavily by a Firtha jab --Could not defeat a very ill Stiverne as convincingly as Demetrice King --Could not even knock a very ill Stiverne down like Rossy --Some of the most shameful opponents for his "title defenses" that the world has ever seen, showing his low self esteem --Rocked badly and almost out vs substitute teacher Molina ("Drummer Boy") --He did not perform as well agasint Molina as Arreola OR ASHANTI JORDAN, both of whom knocked him out in 1 --Eye busted up and made to look like a gargoyle by Duhaupas ("The Reptile"), a French pastry chef --Sold as a nice guy, but actually spends his time beating up hookers and mental patient Charlie Zelenoff, who are ironically his best opponents --Dispresects great fighters like Tyson and Klitschko --Now trying to claim that Fury's "courageous" win somehow makes him champion. --Avoiding Povetkin like the plague --Seems to be using a new tactic, probably to mask steroid use, of not allowing his pathetic opponents a full camp --Was considering Wawryck, knocked out in 3 by his mandatory, as an opponent --Offered a shot to Adamek, a shot to pieces 39 year old former LHW who is 1-2 in his last three, but only allowed him a 6 week camp. --Avoided Briggs and Bronco Billy Wright, shot fighters who carry AARP cards --Will fight an unemployed Soccer Hooligan named Szpilka? on 4 weeks notice, and will underpay him, overfeed and hooker him up --Wilder's team, the "Burger Squad", keeps removing and scrubbing the Internet of all of his shameful knockdowns and ktfo's; mostly while attempting a bad attempt at the "Ali Shuffle", which will now be called the "Burger Bungle". --Got punked out badly by unemployed, fur coat wearing soccer hooligan Spzilka at face off for their upcoming "title" fight --Was outboxed handily and rocked many times by Polish soccer Hooligan Spzilka amd won by a lucky punch...
How on earth does a fight ****ing nearly fall over when throwing a punch, he is absolutely trash and he coming to the end of his fraudulent reign.
He's mediocrity at it's finest. Fury, Klitschko, Ortiz, Povetkin, Haye, Joshua, etc. all beat him handily and some do it rather violently, which I have to be honest would be quite fun to watch. Sooner this guy gets blasted out the better for the sport. His finishing "combination" over Audley Harrison was an embarrassment to the sport. A true hack and an utterly despicable fighter.
Wilder's the type of fighter who would even get annihilated by somebody like a 2005 Sam Peter. The guy is atrocious.
Alts everywhere. Wilder is fun to watch. His trash talking is light hearted and not offensive. Quit being so sensitive. I hope he keeps winning.
Huh? Me? an alt? I dont think so mate. Im one of the few Kiwi forum members? Im not being sensitive. I dont hate the guy ffs, I just dont see the hype? A "world class fighter" with a padded record and lacking of basic boxing fundamentals. I have no problem with the guy doing what he does but I genuinely wanted to know, what do people see in the guy? I have my answer now. Half of the people like his 1 punch power, a quarter seem to enjoy his 1 punch power and tune in with the chance he gets KO'd and the other quarter just dont see the hype. Thats all I wanted to know... By the way some post on here, they make out as if he is some ATG boxer who would have KO'd the best. In reality, he is nothing more than a "prospect" with good 1 punch power...
