The ring has had him ranked top10 at WW for 20 weeks now. I have never heard of him or seen him fight. have you? His most recent fight is a draw against a guy who got KO'd by Jesse Feleciano.
He was going to be Hatton's opponent after Floyd...when Ricky was going to try and stick at WW. I know he got a disputed win over Nate Campbell. Only time I've seen him fight he looked decent, apparently he's fighting Clottey next.
