While Manny smirkles and seems to be Jackie Chan-happy with life in general we hear Floyd drop the one paranoid quote after the other, contradicting himself and in general seeming uneasy with asian boxers.

Trolling aside, Floyd has broken down several title holders inside the ring with a cold and calculating mind. As every other famous fighter he is accused for ducking but in reality he has wiped several top dogs within the sport and looked good while doing so.

So why this fear of asian midgets? What precisely makes Floyd believe he cant do with Manny the same thing he has done with everybody ******* one else?

idk , I really dont think either fighter is scared of each other, but i think it has more to do with fight stipulations, bob arum turned it into pissing contest.

not really. as published it was the blood test that hindered the fight. if floyd really thinks that pac is an easy fight for him why ask for such testing?

Bob Arum is an evil ****, and surely sour graped between him and Floyd might play a role.

But the way Floyd speaks about Manny stipulates genuine worries. Talks about how hard he can punch, that it is bad to fight him from a health perspective and on and on. There is something about Manny that freaks him out. And a fighter with the tools of Floyd Mayweather should not need to be scared of anyone.

mayweather's the favorite vs Pac on every betting site and by anyone that knows anything about styles in boxing. Mayweather signed a contract, Pac never did, if anything Pacs afraid of testing

I have actually had this thought a few times..
I would definitely favor Floyd over Pac.. But he must see something that i dont, and after all, he knows Pac better than i do, and he also know his weaknesses and boxing style better than i do..
I also think, as somebody above mentioned, that they are afraid of eachother.. Maybe not eachother, but afraid of the fight, the event.. Think about how big this fight would be, think about the hype, think about the antecipation, think about how much the fight would be debated.. And think about how much a defeat would damage either guy's legacy and reputation.. It would be a risky fight for both, and afterall.. Both is first ballot hall of famers and top 30 ATG's, without fighting eachother..

Whether hes the favorite or not he doesnt want any part of pacquiao and he's made it obvious. Your either a damn nuthugger, deluded, or dumb as bricks if you can't see through him.

Floyd fans are so fking dense. The mere fact alone that floyd requested extra drug testing tells you he's worried about somethign. And the fact taht after 2 years he still hasn't changed his stance or made any effort to make the fight happen tells you everything you need to know. It's not rocket science. Pacquiao gave Floyd plenty of opportunties to make the fight happen. Floyd wasn't ok with a 21 day, 14 day cutoff or even 7 day apparently. What does that tell you? If a guy doesn't feel safe with opponent not getting tested 7 days before a fight it tells you he's got some deep-seeded fears or insecurity issues. Either that or he just straight up doesnt care to make the fight happen. Floyd is making way too much money fighting guys who doesn't stand any chance to beat him.
