What does Kovalev have to do to get Stevenson in the ring?

    This. Before Ward came into the picture Stevenson and Kovalev were the two best fighters at 175 and a 50/50 split would've been fair, but now Kovalev is damaged goods. Stevenson no longer has anything to gain by knocking Kovalev out and certainly will no longer split everything down the middle with Kovalev.

    When Duva chickened out of a purse bid that would've made the Stevenson-Kovalev fight reality it showed they were never interested in Kovalev fighting Stevenson.

    Stevenson will retire after the Badou Jack fight, mark my words. Too many killers in the division for that ducking POS. He will go the easy way unifying the WBA super champion belt. Howcome Jack can duck Bivol and vacate his WBA regular belt and be fighting for the WBC and WBA super champion belt after that?!? Corruption at his best!!!

    His latest excuse for not unifying the IBF belt and ducking Beterbiev: I don’t need the IBF since I have enough money...I assume the excuse will be the same for Kovalev and his WBO belt.
