What does the term "floored" mean to you

I believe we debated the fight on a thread where I gave my justification for each minute I scored. Dig that out because I haven't watched the fight since then. Was it round 8 the one in question? I don't really remember.

I never said pascal was great, I said he would beat dawson, which he did. I then said dawson would not have knocked him out because pascal has a granite chin and has never been floored amateur or pro. That was when your lies begat this thread.

Pascal isn't great. I'd call him really good. He's not on hopkins level but he's the next best in the division. I'd still favour froch to beat him in a rematch. I also expect hopkins to beat him in a rematch. But not dawson or cloud.

What's ya master's in? I struggle to believe you are an academic. Unless you've gone straight through your studies and still a bit immature.

 

There was controversial circumstances in the ali-cooper fight but not the glove incident. As stated it only actually lasted 7 seconds.

Smelling salts were used. I'm sure that's frowned upon if not illegal. Either way the truth is cooper was never in ali's league. Due to his paper thin skin he was never really in anyone's league. He had a good hard punch which he landed. If anything it did him more harm then good because ali came out and kicked his ass as a result.

His chin is solid enough, perhaps if you'd watched any of his fights you would know this. Instead of just assuming he got floored vs pittman

Pascal held Hopkins to a draw, I had Hopkins winning but the draw is what was given. He's top 2 light heavyweight for sure.
