What does the term "floored" mean to you

    i think he meant "wiped the floor with him". I don't know just trying to continue the stupid theme of this thread. When in Rome..............!

    emotionally or mentally "floored = figuratively put on the seat of your pants"


    physically "floored = to literally be put on the seat of your pants"

    the latter applies to boxing

    the former to michiganwarrior's reaction to the comments to his viewpoint.

    Where is Michigan through all of this?:think I have a hard time believing that he think Floored means being hurt or rocked. "Floored" can't get any more clear than that!

    English is not my first language.. But even a 10 year old village boy from Uzbekistan would know what "floored" means!

    Funny thing, a while back, one of the Paul Williams fanatics (not Neckbreak...) was trying to coinvnce me and others being 'decked" meant to hurt someone.
